Many of your clients want to know what and how much they are eating in your food establishment.  For example, some of your clients may request information about the number of calories or grams of fat in your restaurant menu items.  But, more importantly, many of your clients have special dietary needs.  Food allergies, intolerances, and sensitivities are becoming much more prevalent.  In fact, for some clients, hidden, undisclosed ingredients can seriously endanger their health.  Make it easy for your employees to answer clients' questions by offering a menu without surprises.

A nutritional analysis of menu items, provided on request, can reassure your clientele that they can safely choose from your menu.  Consider clients with special dietary needs, such as:

  • Portion control for diabetes or weight loss
  • Modified fat intake for heart disease
  • Modified salt intake for high blood pressure
  • Food allergies (e.g., peanut or shellfish allergies)
  • Food intolerances (e.g., celiac disease and gluten intolerance)

Make your establishment a safe place to eat for the growing number of clients with special dietary needs and watch your faithful clientele grow!
