Body composition analyses are useful measurements to help motivate you to establish directed lifestyle change goals, for example:

  • Do you have and increased waist to hip ratio at 35 years old with cardiovascular disease in your family history?

  • Is your weight normal, but your body fat percentage is too high?

  • Is infertility a concern and your body fat percentage is lower than the normal range?  (Women only)

 Body composition analysis is:

  • Non-invasive
  • Performed with a skin fold caliper, a tape measure, and a scale
  • Easy and painless, and requires only that you come to your appointment with loose, comfortable clothing.
